Currently DALL-E 3 is only available trought ChatGPT. In order to use it you'll need a ChatGPT plus plan.
Later on DALL-E 3 should be also available on a dedicated interface.
Step 1
Go to ChatGPT and select the DALL-E 3 option under GPT-4 menu
Step 2
Ask ChatGPT to generate you an image based on a description.
Step 3
Here's the result we have for our example description "a flying dragon breathing fire"
